Kylie Minogue has accepted the Global Icon Award at the 2024 BRIT Awards. She also recently won her 2nd Grammy Award for her 2023 hit Padam Padam.
Introduced as someone who keeps reinventing herself, Kylie has sold over 80 million records worldwide and has achieved 9 UK Number 1 albums. Kylie thanked everyone for joining her on this 36 year journey and a lifetime of experiences.
Kylie then closed out the awards with a medley of hits including Padam Padam, Can’t Get You out of My Head, Love At First Sight, and All The Lovers. The stunning performance including references to her iconic 2002 BRIT Awards performance. In reference to her continued reinvention, her back up dancers wore jumpsuits referencing the varied typography from her 16 studio albums.
