Car of the Year 2015

At the 2015 New York Auto Show, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class was named World Car of the Year.  startBlue is proud to announce we agree!

Mercedes-Benz has always been at the forefront of firsts.  And the new C-Class is no exception.  Every car is a compromise between different variables, whether it be safety and weight or sportiness and comfort.  But the new C-Class has managed to blur those lines.  Start in a civilised comfortable luxury drive, then at a touch of a button stiffen up the chassis and outperform even the BMW 3 Series.

Not to mention an interior that is a step above the rest in its class.  Perfectly luxurious with precise fit and finish, it is no wonder people don’t call it the baby Mercedes anymore.  Now they call it the baby S, in reference to the flagship S-Class.

The Mercedes-AMG GT also won the World Performance Car of the Year.  The Mercedes-Benz S-Class won the World Luxury Car of the Year.

BMW and Citroën won World Green Car of the Year and World Car Design of the Year respectively.
